Filtering marks by state

I’ve spent today working on a new menu option to filter marks by state. And on Flickr, I’ve set up a Potters’ Marks by State collection. (This is easily done by adding a State tag to each image.)

You’ll notice that there are duplicate images in these sets. This is so you can find Daniel Lafferty’s Bandicoot Pottery, for example, when browsing the B set or the L set. As the sets get bigger, they won’t look so obvious!

Group members have added topics for Joan Piggford Agnew, Barry Armstrong, Florenz, Gembrook Pottery, Bruce Heggie, Janet Kovesi Watt, Margaret River Pottery / Ian Dowling, Panogana Pottery, Studio 77 Pottery / Frits and Birgit Schreuder, and Cher Shackleton.  As you can see, Western Australia is building up coverage rapidly – something I approve of, being a Sandgroper myself.

I’ve also added a topic for Les Blakebrough as I needed at least one Tasmanian for the Tasmanian set!
