Marks needed for five ‘A’ potters

All of the seed data entries in ‘A’, all are now linked to asterisked topics except for these five potters who have entries in the print directories with no marks recorded:

  • Joan Alenson – 1974-1981
  • Robert Allan – 1981
  • Bruce Anderson –1986
  • Sonia Anketell – 1973 and 1981
  • Scott Avery – 1981

If you have examples of any of these potters’ marks please add photos to the image pool or contact us.

    I came to your website while attempting to identify the potter of an item I have, a rice cooker. I have photos I could send you if you would be so kind. The impressed marks (2) include a clear T, but the first one is not so obvious.

  2. I have a small vase marked 346 LEAK is it possible that it is Jonathan Leak? Have pictures. Thanks for any info you can give me.

  3. It is stamped in the bottom btw and looks exactly like the LEAK mark on the stoneware

  4. Hi are you still looking for Robert Allan’s signature? I recently bought a beautiful plate at an op shop in Ballarat signed ‘R Allan’ on the back I wondered if it might be the potter you are looking for.
